The antibody screening and identification test was compared to column agglutinination by incorporate low ionic strenth(LISS) solution vs Bovine serum albumin antiglobulin (BSA) vs Polyethylene glycol antiglobulin(PEG) vs RT saline technics on patient serum. The column agglutinination test was not detected anti-K but was revealed BSA and PEG tube methods. We observed that anti-K react less well in study that LISS solutions in this study.
