In this analysis of the Hematology analyser Coulter LH755, We focusd on its percision test, linearity and contamination rate. Especially we performed comparative analysis for the detect of white cell with the results obtained manually. The ability of reticulocyte anlysis is compared with that of XE-2100. As for white cells, red cells, platelets, hemoglobin, the correlation values r(2) with XE-2100 results show 0.9988, 0.9964, 0.9985 and 0.9756 respectively. As for basophils, lymphocyte, monocyte, eosinophil, neutrophil, nucleated RBC tests, the correlation values r(2) with manual results are 0.9467, 0.9404, 0.8344, 0.9567, 0.3903 and 0.9207 respectively. The machine Coulter LH755 manifests good results, in most test items of routine hematology, especially exhibits a good linearity through low & high regions of platelet data, The special aspect about nucleated RBC; which can be performed together with CBC/Diff/Retic tests without using extra reagents, will enhance.
