This research was carried out during the job exhibition, ``2015 teenagers Na-Be hanmadang``, which was a part of the Korean Ministry of Education``s career training policy. The purpose of this research is to define the affect of vicarious learning on self-identity and self-efficacy related to the career through a career/job exhibition. From this research, we have firstly tried to be of help for the teenagers in their selection of major and career through the vicarious learnings in career and job experience. Secondly, this research can serve as the basic data which can be utilized by the tourism universities when establishing their entrance exam policy. The universities can become more competitive by providing information regarding future career and jobs which can meet the teenagers`` needs. As the result of this research it was proven that (1) vicarious learning through the teenagers`` job exhibition has a positive (+) affect on self-identity; (2) vicarious learning through teenagers`` job exhibition has a positive (+) affect on self efficacy; (3) vicarious learning has a positive (+) affect on the career selection and lastly, self-identity and self-efficacy acquired through teenagers`` job exhibition has positive (+) affect on the career selection.
