Very few attempts have been made at the survey on the mission schools which were founded by the Korean missionary outside of Korea. Quite a few articles concerning the statistics of the theological schools or seminary established by Korean churches have been published until now. A standard questionnaire(5 type) was created by the author for investigating each mission schools and to collect the statistics. It includes questions about the items of educational situation of the school, basic missional situation of the country, history of the school, trustee board, idea of foundation, school years, semester system, number of the teachers, students, class rooms, or service rooms, laboratory, gym, library and books, financial supporting system, scholarship, curriculum, christian subjects, chapel, and Korean specialties of active faith tendency. By the questionnaire, the Schools in Philippine, Thailand, Bethel New Life College in Bangalore India, Lome Methodist Seminary in Togo, Methodist Seminary in Kenya, KDAB in Bangladesh were examined. The examination has shown that the tasks of the mission schools for the effective education were as followings. Hosting the networking of the small sized Bible schools, helping to invite highly qualified teachers, recruiting qualified student, achieving accredited teaching level, publishing textbooks in their own language, fund raising for the development projects, and holding fast to the idea of christian foundation. Korean mother church has to support the mission schools to solve their problems or tasks. For example, sending experienced and qualified teachers, hosting cooperation among the small Bible Schools, exchanging faculty member and student between similar schools, more supporting christian public school rather than small ordinary mission schools. When all the replied questionnaire can be collected, we can get the up to date statistics on the mission schools which was founded by Korean missionary. This survey is the basis of that task.
