In order to obtain data for developing an ideal high school biology curriculum in Korea, the experimental education of the new and former editions of the Korean high school biology textbook were analyzed and compared each other. As a result, the following were obtained: 1, The numbers of experiment units decreased in the new deitions as compared with the former editions. 2. The appropriate topics are selected for biology experiments, enhancing the efficient learning science by introduction of the current biology tendency and the concepts of the inquiry biological science. 3. It is desirable to confirm the contents by asking the questions, after explaininf the purpose of experiments, materials and how to do full details.
