이 연구의 목적은 순회교육을 담당하고 있는 순회교사들의 순회학급 교육과정 운영에 대한 경험과 의미를 살펴봄으로써, 향후 특수교육대상자를 위한 순회교육 교육과정 운영에 관한 기초정보를 제공하는데 있다. 연구 참여자는 충북지역의 순회수업 담당 교사 10명이었으며, 면담을 통해 얻어진 자료는 포괄적 분석절차를 통하여 2개의 상위범주, 6개의 하위범주, 18개의 의미단위로 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 순회학급 교육과정 운영에 대한 순회교사의 경험과 의미는 ‘순회학급 교육과정운영? 각자도생(各自圖生)’, ‘가르침과 배움이 일어나는 적정 순회교육을 향하여’의 2개 상위 범주로 도출되었다. 6개의 하위범주로는 ‘적용할 교육과정의 부재’, ‘형식적인 IEP와 교사혼자만의 고뇌’, ‘소외감과 위험함’, ‘순회수업은 각자 저마다의 방법으로’, ‘적정인력, 적정계획, 적정교육과정’, ‘교육과정 운영을 위한 생태학적 접근’이 도출되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 순회학급 교육과정 운영과 발전 방안 및 후속연구를 제언하였다.

This study attempts to provide itinerant teachers with basic information helpful to run the itinerant classroom curriculum, by noticing the problems through the experiences and the meaning that they could encounter throughout the overall operation of the itinerant classroom curriculum and then by navigating effective improvement. In order to achieve the purpose above, interviews were conducted with 10 itinerant teachers and target data obtained through the interviews were analyzed according to a comprehensive analysis procedures based on pragmatic eclecticism. The results of this study are as follows. First, there were multiple difficulties, including IEP writing, caused by the absence of the curriculum to apply for severe-duplication students with disabilities. Second, the study suggested ways to improve on this situation and operational needs, such as the number of itinerant classroom during lessons, IEP writing, and the teachers`` arrangement along with severe and multiple curriculum development. This paper proposes that while operating on classroom management, the itinerant education teachers feel the difficulties and a wide range research be necessary about the difficulties and improvements. Moreover, the paper suggests that further research on itinerant training courses suitable for various disorder types should be needed.
