Objectives：This case report presents the effects of Soshihotanggamibang on a alcoholic liver cirrhosis patient who is suffering from right flank pain. Methods：The patient was treated with herb medication, acupuncture and moxibustion. And the effects of treatments were measured with visual analogue scale(VAS) and pain frequency. Results：After the patient was treated with Soshihotang-gamibang these clinical symptom was improved. Conclusions：Based on the clinical results, this case suggests that Soshihotang-gamibang could be effective treatment for right flank pain accompanid alcoholic liver cirrhosis. And further studies should be conducted to provide more valuable information.
