이 연구의 주목적은 초등학생이 지각한 부모와 교사의 자율성지지와 조건부관심강화와 핵심역량의 관계에서 학업탄력성의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 초등학생 540명을 대상으로 검사한자료들을 토대로 주요 변인들 간의 상관분석을 실시하였고, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 학업탄력성의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 인지, 정의, 사회적 역량은 부모의 자율성지지와 조건부관심강화, 교사의 자율성지지, 학업탄력성과의 상관이 높았고, 지각된 교사의 조건부관심강화는 정의역량과 인지역량보다 사회적 역량과의 상관계수가 낮았다. 둘째, 지각된 부모와 교사의 자율성지지와 조건부 관심강화와 인지, 정의 및 사회적 역량과의 관계에서 학업탄력성은 부분적인 매개효과가 나타났다. 특히 교사의 조건부관심강화는 사회적 역량과의 관계에서 다른 변인들 보다 학업탄력성의 매개효과가 상대적으로 높았다. 이 상의 연구결과들을 토대로 초등학생들의 핵심역량 제고를 위한 학습환경 조성방안에 대해 논의하였다.

This study examined the relationships among perceived parents and teachers`` autonomy support, positive conditional regard, academic resilience and core competencies, and analyzed the mediating effect of academic resilience on the association between perceived parents and teachers`` autonomy support or positive conditional regard and core competencies(cognitive, affective, and social) respectively. The participants were 540 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students. It was found that perceived parents and teachers`` autonomy support and parents`` positive conditional regard were positively showed the high correlations with respective factors of core competencies. Academic resilience functioned as a partial mediator between parents or teachers` autonomy support or positive conditional regard and respective factors of core competencies. It was also discussed to make learning environment for improving respective cognitive, affective, and social factors of core competencies in elementary school students.
