The purpose of this study is to examine the economic impact from the GFC(Global Financial Crisis) on domestic space market and capital market; regional real estate, fixed-income and equity markets. We examine that how the international economic crisis has transmitted to corresponding space and capital markets during our research period (2004 - 2014). Using the Structural VAR(Vector Auto Regressive) modeling, we attempt to explain a possible transmitting route of international economic shock on the domestic space and capital market. We find that the shock from the international equity market has transmitted to the domestic equity market and then transmitted to the residential real estate market. In domestic real estate market, we also examine the magnitude of impact from the rental market to residential real estate market. Especially the Jeonsei lease has significantly influenced the residential real estate market.
