본 연구에서는 유아기 자녀를 둔 부모의 자기성찰과 유아의 놀이성 간의 관계에서 부모역할만족감과 긍정적 양육태도가 순차적인 매개효과가 있는지 검증하였다. 본 연구 대상자는 서울 지역의4세-7세 유아기 자녀를 둔 부모 282명을 대상으로 하였고, 설문은 자기보고식 질문지로 이루어졌다. 변인들 간 관계를 살펴보기 위해 SPSS 21.0으로 Hayes(2012)가 제안한 순차적 중다매개효과 검증을 실시하였고 간접효과의 유의성을 Hayes(2012)가 개발한 프로그램 PROCESS를 이용한 부트스트레핑(Bootstrapping) 방법으로 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 자기성찰,부모역할만족도, 긍정적 양육태도, 유아의 놀이성은 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 부모의 자기성찰과 유아의 놀이성 간 관계에서 부모역할만족도와 긍정적 양육태도의 순차적 매개효과가 유의하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.

This study sought to investigate the relationship between parent’s self reflection and young children’s playfulness together with the mediating effects of parental role satisfaction and positive parental attitude for parents with young children. The data were collected by means of a survey with 282 parents with 4-7 young children in the Seoul metropolitan area. In examining the relationship among the variables, a number of multi-mediating effects were identified through conducting multiple mediation modeling, operating in serial form, as proposed by Hayes(2012). Next, using the SPSS Macro Program as developed by Hayes(2012), a bootstrapping method was performed to confirm the significance of the indirect effects. The research findings are as follows: First, there were positive correlations among self reflection, playfulness, parental role satisfaction, and positive parental attitudes. Second, parental role satisfaction and positive parental attitudes had significant mediating effects between parent’s self reflection and playfulness in terms of young children. Lastly, the implications and the limitations of this study were discussed and evaluated in some detail.
