Purpose : Because of this special martial arts training business environment does not effectively utilize their working hours in order to have a positive impact on job satisfaction, given that suffer the negative phenomena of modern life, have a significant impact in the physical, psychological, social to private security personnel the number of martial arts training activities that should be active. This study aims to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and degree of participation of the martial arts training.
