Purpose : Because of this special martial arts training business environment does not effectively utilize their working hours in order to have a positive impact on job satisfaction, given that suffer the negative phenomena of modern life, have a significant impact in the physical, psychological, social to private security personnel the number of martial arts training activities that should be active. This study aims to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and degree of participation of the martial arts training. Methods : In this study, August 1, 2014 to August 20, set one up in Seoul, Gyeonggi-workers who are based in the private security companies in the adult population over the age of 20 following significant sampling method (judgment sampling method) samples using the and extracted. Sampling procedures for martial arts training groups were sampled a total of 400 384 people by distributing targeted at private security personnel. Conclusion : First, job satisfaction according to social demographic is different. In other words, job satisfaction according to the educational level is a significant difference in educational content with silence. On the other hand, depending on the monthly income level showed no significant difference. Second, depending on the degree of martial arts training has a significant impact on job satisfaction. In other words, job satisfaction is a psychological satisfaction according to martial arts training participation rate, social satisfaction, there is a significant difference in the educational content with silence.
