A 9-year-old boy presented with itchy erythematous maculopapules with an erosive nodule. He reported that the maculopapules started to appear 2 months ago with waxing and waning features and the nodule developed a month later. On skin examination, multiple scattered erythematous maculopapules were observed over the trunk. The nodule on his abdomen was 1.0 x 1.0 cm in size and it was erythematous, round and firm with central erosions. He also had 2-month history of intermittent fever upto 39 ℃, but he had no other symptom or sign and there was no specific past medical history. Skin biopsy from the nodule was performed.
