오늘날 해외 물시장 확대에 대한 공감대가 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 기업간 협력을 위한 물 산업 플랫폼의 구축 역시 그 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 플랫폼 구축에는 역할, 프로그램의 개발, 마케팅 등 많은 선결 과제들이 존재한다. 특히 조직을 어떻게 구축할 것인가와 운영자금의 조달 문제는 무엇보다 선행되어야 할 과제 중에 하나이다. 이러한 의미에서 본 연구는 조직구조와 자금조달에 대한 몇몇 사례를 제시함으로써 문제해결의 시사점을 제공하였다. 이와 더불어 사례연구를 통하여 해외시장 진출을 위한 글로벌 인적자원의 확보, 비즈니스 시장을 고려한 조직구조 개편, 및 최고경영자의 리더십의 중요성과 함께 채권의 발행, 1% 지원제도, 민간자본, 정부보조, 인터넷 기금조달 등 자본 조달 사례를 제공하였다.

Today, consensus for overseas market expansion in Water Industry is increasing. And it is necessary for companies to set up water industry platform as cooperation way among companies. But there are many problems for it; setting up it`s role, developing of program, marketing etc. Most of all, how to form and finance of organization are urgent problems. Thus This study introduces several cases about how to structure non-profit organization and to finance fund. For structuring organization, recruiting global human resources, considering the subdivision of work considering business market, the leadership of top-management are considered. In the case of fund, a review is needed of bond issue and 1% volunteer system alongside private funds, government subsidy, internet fund-raising.
