This study is about the impact of nuclear power plant accident to the risk communication and seafood risk perception on the Japanese restaurant of visit intention. The data was collected from February 1 to February15 in 2014. Out of 400, total 384 questionnaires were collected and except 24 part the study were selected total 360 parts. The study were applied SPSS 18.0 statistical package for analysing and for accuracy of the data and the general characteristics the study adapted descriptive statistic analysis and frequency analysis also it was using exploratory factor analysis and reliability anlysis. Furthermore, for statistical hypothesis testing it used AMOS 20.0 for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation models. The strong regulation is necessary for unsafe fishery products as well as having eating safe and healthy seafood highly recommended. In addition the Japanese restaurant should develop seafood menu item for commercialization.
