본 연구는 발달장애아동 어머니의 양육스트레스, 우울, 장애수용이 아동학대에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해서 수행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0과 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 위하여 Amos 7.0을 사용하였다. 추정방법으로는 완전정보 최대우도법(Full Information Maximum Lilelihood)을 사용하였다. 분석 결과 발달장애아동 어머니의 양육스트레스는 아동학대, 우울에는 정(+)의 영향을, 그리고 장애수용에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 발달장애아동 어머니의 우울은 아동학대에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 장애수용에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 발달장애아동 어머니의 장애수용은 아동학대에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 발달장애아동의 학대문제를 해결하기 위해서는 장애아동가족지원이 적절하게 이루어져야 한다는 것을 보여준다.

This study aimed to research the influence that parenting stress, depression and acceptance of a disability of developmental disability children``s mothers have on child abuse. Statistical analysis was performed according to SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 7.0 for factor analysis and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). And method for analyzing the conducted model and estimated by full information maximum likelihood method. According to the results, it was found that parenting stress of developmental disability children``s mothers had positive influence upon child abuse and depression, and had negative influence upon disability acceptance. Also depression of the mothers had positive influence upon child abuse but had not influence upon disability acceptance. Lastly, disability acceptance of the mothers had negative influence upon child abuse. These results show that to solve the problem of children abuse, the support for the family with children with developmental disabilities should be made appropriately.
