The Relationship among Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Turnover Intention Based on Leadership of Fitness Club Organization Manager

This study is to understand the relationship among organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and turnover intention based on leadership of fitness club organization manager. To conduct this purpose, 360 of participants out of 400 who were fitness club employees in Seoul, Korea were finally chosen. We obtained following results through path analysis by analyzing frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability, correlation analysis, and structure equation modeling (SEM) with SPSS 15.0 for window and AMOS 7.0 statistical software. First, the transformational leadership has positive influence on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and that of negative influence on turnover intention. Second, the transactional leadership has a positive effect on organizational commitment, a negative influence on turnover intention, and no significant statistical effect on job satisfaction. Finally, organizational commitment and job satisfaction negatively affect turnover intention.
