Tubular carcinoma is a rare breast carcinoma with favourable prognosis and rare metastasis. A 46-year-old female presented with nipple discharge of the left breast. Mammography showed clusters of calcification in upper outer quadrant of the left breast. The tumors histologically consisted of tubular structures composed of a single layer of epithelial cells enclosing a clear lumen, proliferation of neoplastic cells within the terminal duct lobular unit with pagetoid spread, atypical ductal hyperplasia and flat epithelial atypia.
