본 연구의 목적은 유아의 기질이 의사결정력 및 서번트 리더십에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보려는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 지역 어린이집에 재원중인 유아들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 총 255명의 자료가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 연구결과, 유아의 기질과 의사결정력, 서번트 리더십 간 높은 수준의 상관관계가 발견되었다. 또한 유아 기질의 하위변인 중 반응강도를 제외한 대부분의 하위변인이 의사결정력과 서번트 리더십에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 구체적으로 자기조절력에는 활동성, 접근-회피성, 적응성, 기분상태, 상황분석능력에는 활동성, 접근-회피성, 적응성, 기분상태, 정서지식활용능력에는 접근-회피성, 적응성, 기분상태, 문제대처능력에는 활동성, 접근-회피성, 기분상태, 마지막으로 창조적 의사소통능력에는 활동성, 접근-회피성, 기분상태가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서번트 리더십에 있어서는 비전제시의 경우 적응성과 기분상태, 사람존중은 활동성, 접근-회피성, 기분상태, 성장지원은 활동성, 접근-회피성, 기분상태, 공동체형성은 활동성, 접근-회피성, 기분상태가 유의미한 영향력을 가지고 있음이 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 유아의 의사결정력과 서번트 리더십을 길러주기 위한 노력에 있어서 개인의 기질적 특성의 차이를 이해할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of children`s temperament on decision making ability and servant leadership. In this perspective, this study conducted a survey of 255 preschool children who were 4 to 5 years old attending in the day care centers(kindergartens) located in Seoul and Gyeonggi region. As a result of analysis, significant influence of correlation was found between children`s temperament, decision making ability, servant leadership. In addition, most of lower factors except reaction intensity among child temperament` showed that significant influence on child``s decision making ability and servant leadership. In general, the findings for this study indicated that to improve child`s decision making ability and servant leadership, it is important to understand a person`s temperament difference.
