The aim of this study was to explore the use of Aromatherapy in beauty-related departments students and the understanding & satisfaction concerning Aromatherapy of these students. This was a quantitative study, utilizing self-administered questionnaires. 400 Students were recruited from the beauty-related departments in Daegu and Kyung buk. There was an association between the use of Aromatherapy and sophomores(55.8%), higher monthly income(47.7%), the recommendation of family, relatives, acquaintance. The higher their family had income, the more satisfied they were. The more efficacious they were to combine Aromatherapy and conventional treatment, the happier they were. The use of Aromatherapy depends on monthly income, utilization, the understanding of combination between Aromatherapy and conventional treatment. There was a signigicant difference between demographic characteristics such as gender, monthly income, skin type and the satisfaction regarding Aromatherapy.
