Heat-resistant and oxidation resistant coating for the carbon-based materials for extreme environments are important in the completion of advanced materials technology. High temperature, oxidation corrosion and highly durable in extreme environments can reduce costs. Parts and materials in extreme environments can extend the life of the more severe conditions. In this experiment, for the stable manufacturing process and economic process like the liquid phase process were used. Functional self-healing coating was prepared with a liquid phase process. Functional multilayer films were prepared by vapor phase process. The multilayer coating was manufactured to evaluate the high temperature oxidation stability. Optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, x-ray spectroscopy was used for the characterization.
