The strontium (Sr) isotope has the potential to reveal important information concerning a wide range of environmental and geological (Capo et al.1998). Recently, the use of isotope ratio of 87Sr/86Sr can be used powerful tool in studies of some agriculture. Because, the 87Sr/86Sr isotope ratio was estimated not to change during biological processes and reflects in plants from the water, soil and rock. the application of Sr isotopes as a provenance tracer requires the defined analytical methods and then, this procedure need to purified the St isotope of interest prior to measurement because of interference 87Rb and Ca. Hence, most previous studies were characterized extraction techniques using a cation exchange or Sr resin process to remove specific interference (Barbaste et al. 2002). Hence, we quantify the extent that interferences from 87Rb and Ca effect. The experiments are defined for the best analytical methods using the simple chemistry separations.
