본 연구는 자아존중감을 매개변수로, 지역아동센터 이용만족도를 조절변수로 학교스트레스가 농촌지역 빈곤아동의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 충청북도 3개의 군 지역의 10개소 지역아동센터에서 서비스 받는 저소득층 가정의 아동 166명을 대상으로 기술통계분석, 위계적회귀분석, 경로분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 위계적 회귀분석결과, 자아존중감(β=.312), 교사 만족도(β=.286), 성적관련 스트레스(β=.245), 친구 만족도(β=.166)가 정(+)적인 관계, 학교생활 스트레스(β=-.161)는 부(-)적인 관계의 유의미한 변수로 분석되었다. 둘째, 매개효과 검증결과, 성적관련 스트레스는 직접효과, 학업관련 스트레스는 간접효과인 완전매개효과, 교우관련 스트레스도 역시 간접효과인 완전매개효과, 학교생활관련 스트레스는 직접효과와 간접효과 즉, 부분매개효과임이 검증되었다. 셋째, 조절효과 검증결과, 시설과 교사만족은 학업스트레스를 완화시키며, 프로그램만족은 성적스트레스는 완화시키데 학교생활스트레스는 강화시키는 것으로 검증되었다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of poor children`s school stress on their school adjustment in an agricultural district, mediated by self-esteem and moderated by user satisfaction levels in a local community child center. A questionnaire was administered to 166 people at 10 local community child centers in an agricultural district of Chungcheongbuk-do. The collected data was analyzed by descriptives, hierarchical regression, path, and multiple regression. The major results of this study were as follows: First, the results of analysis by hierarchical regression was self-esteem (ß=.312), teacher satisfaction level (ß=.286), achievement stress (ß=.245), friend satisfaction level (ß=.166) as positive (+) effect and school life stress (ß=-.161) as negative (-) effect. Second, the results of mediating effect self-esteem was a direct effect of achievement stress, indirect effect of study stress as complete moderating effect, direct and indirect effect of school life stress as partial moderating. Finally, the results of moderating effect user satisfaction level in local community child center was eased study stress by facilities and teacher satisfaction, eased achievement stress and tightened school life stress by program satisfaction.
