The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between Airlines` Flight Attendants` Personal type, Emotional Intelligence, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational commitment in the domestic airlines. A total of 307 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The results from the study show that 1) According to the analysis results, it was investigated that an attendant`s personal type has a partial impact on the emotional intelligence. 2) emotional intelligence has a partial impact the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. 3) job satisfaction has a positive impact the organizational commitment. These results can be used to practice personal type and emotional intelligence at an airline service, where good service is essential, rather than a common firm. It was found that the job satisfaction affects the organizational commitment under the competitive environment of the airline service. Finally, the limitations of the study and directions for future research have been presented.
