본 연구에서는 놀이치료 수퍼비전에서의 작업동맹, 자기개방, 그리고 자기효능감의 관계를 구체적으로 밝히고자 하였다. 놀이치료 수퍼비전에서의 작업동맹이 놀이치료자의 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는데 있어 놀이치료자의 자기개방이 매개변인으로 작용할 것으로 예측하였고 이를 확인하기 위해 최근 6개월 이내에 한 명의 수퍼바이저와 최소한 3회 이상의 개인놀이치료 수퍼비전을 받았거나, 현재 수퍼비전을 받고 있는 놀이치료자 111명을 대상으로 수퍼비전 작업동맹, 자기개방, 자기효능감에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집한 자료를 통해 분석한 결과 놀이치료 수퍼비전에서의 작업동맹, 자기개방, 자기효능감 변인 상호간의 관계는 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 또한 놀이치료자의 자기개방의 매개 효과를 살펴본 결과 놀이치료 수퍼비전 작업동맹이 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는데 있어 놀이치료자의 자기개방은 유의한 수준에서 매개효과를 나타내었다. 따라서 수퍼비전에서의 작업동맹은 자기효능감에 직접적 영향을 미침과 동시 자기개방을 매개로 하여 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between working alliance, counselor self-efficacy, and the notion of therapist`s self-disclosure in play therapy supervision. The targets of this research were 111 therapists, who had undergone individual supervision at least three times and more with one supervisor within 6 months or who are currently under such supervision. The results of this study are as follow: First, the working alliance was positively related to therapist`s self-disclosure and counselor self-efficacy in play therapy supervision. Second, therapist`s self-disclosure in play therapy supervision mediated the path from working alliance to counselor self-efficacy. In conclusion, these results suggest that the working alliance is directly correlated with counselor self-efficacy. Moreover, working alliance is indirectly correlated with counselor self-efficacy through the medium of the therapist`s self-disclosure.
