Today, rapid changes in the hotel organization environment resale in severe uncertainty and conflict to the employees, so that they have produced low productivity in departments and inefficient execation of his duty in individuals. So this study examines, in introducing a new system, the causes of conflict and the levels of conflict perception. And the Machiavellism inclination is adopted as a control variable so that he may study whether the character variable regulated a cause variable of conflict can be converted to a control variable. The results show that the impact on the levels of conflict perception between the inter bependence and the status in congruence is different with the Machiavellism inclination, which implys that the character variable may be used as the control variable of conflict. If the relationship between diverse character types and conflicts is examined in the future, this study will be able to greatly contribute toward enhancing the efficiency of employment management on the basis of a characteristic of working department and an employee aptitude of nature.
