Angelicae Sinensis Radix is in use in Korean medicine. The Korean medical doctors use Angelicae Sinensis Radix for nourishing blood(補血), activating blood flow(活血), etc. We investigated toxicity, poisoning symptoms, side effects, poisoning treatment and prevention against poisoning of Angelicae Sinensis Radix. As the result, we knew that toxicity of Angelicae Sinensis Radix was low. But internal using Angelicae Sinensis Radix can cause itching, inconvenience in the stomache, etc for side effects. And the injection of Angelicae Sinensis Radix can cause hypersensitiveness or side effects. So, In order to prevent against poisoning and side effects of Angelicae Sinensis Radix, the patients should keep usage, dosage and notes.
