본 연구는 물산업분야의 사회계정행렬을 작성하고 이를 활용하여 관련 분야 정책변화에 따른 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다. 한국은행의 『2009년 산업연관표』와 『2009년 국민계정』을 이용하여 사회계정행렬을 작성하고 물산업의 승수효과 분석을 통해 우리 경제에 미치는 효과를 추정하였다. 물산업분야에서 사회계정행렬 연구가 타 분야에서와 같이 활발하지 않으므로 본 연구 결과는 정책적 효과를 측정하는데 있어 유용한 자료가 될 것이다.

The main purpose of this paper is concerned with the estimation of a social accounting matrix(SAM) and the input-output table for the Korea economy and the application of SAM multiplier analysis to the computation of the effects of exogenous injections into the Water Industry. Because A SAM can be an important tool for measuring a society`s activity the SAM is a comprehensive data system, the whole network through which influence is transmitted can be identified and specified through structural path analysis. The construction of SAM for the Water Industries in Korea provides the statistical basis for modelling in analysing the Korea economy which is scarce, helping us better understand its interdependent and circular structure.
