이 연구는 문항반응이론의 제 1모수 로지스틱 모형을 확장시킨 Rasch 모형을 적용하여 무용전공자들의 개방성향 측정척도의 적합도(goodness-of-fit)를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 서울 경기지역 대학교의 무용전공자를 대상으로 편의표본추출(Convenient Sampling) 하였으며 자기 평가 기입법(Self-Administration Method)을 이용하여 총 371부를 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 이 연구에서는 Coan(1972)의 경험척도(EI; Experience)를 Costa & McCrae(1978)가 요인분석절차를 거쳐 수정 보완한 개방성척도(Openness Scale)를 응용하였다. 검사내용에 기초한 증거(evidence based on test content)를 토대로 무용전공자를 대상으로 하는 5요인 40문항으로 구성된 개방성향 측정척도의 적합도를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 환상요인에서 7번 문항이 부적합하며 그 외 문항들은 적합한 것으로 분석되었다. 문항반응 범주에 5점 척도가 타당한 것으로 도출되었다. 2) 미적 정서요인에서 1번 문항과 3번 문항이 부적합하며 그 외 문항들은 적합한 것으로 분석되었다. 문항반응 범주에 5점 척도가 타당한 것으로 도출되었다. 3) 감정요인에서 4번 문항이 부적합하며 그 외 문항들은 적합한 것으로 분석되었다. 문항반응 범주에 5점 척도가 타당한 것으로 도출되었다. 4) 행동요인 문항은 모두 적합하게 분석되었으며 문항반응 범주에 5점 척도가 타당한 것으로 도출되었다. 5) 사고방식요인에서 5번 문항과 8번 문항은 부적합하며 그 외 문항들은 적합한 것으로 분석되었다. 문항반응 범주에 5점 척도가 타당한 것으로 도출되었다. 요인별로 부적합한 문항들을 제거하여 이 연구는 최종 5요인 34문항으로 구성된 무용전공자들에게 적합한 개방성향측정척도를 계발하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the Openness Mesurement Scale (OMS) for Dancers through Item Response theory. The evidence based on test contents was used to develop the OMS that was constructed five factors (Phantasy, Esthetics, Feelings, Actions, Idea) and 40-item. A total of 371 dancers were collected and used self-administration method. To determine item difficulty, Rasch analysis with FACETS software (Linacre, 2004) was employed. The model fit criteria was set by Infit and Outfit statistics (≥0.70 and ≤1.30). Based on obtained difficulty score from Rasch analysis, the Phantasy factor was that one item was eliminated and the Esthetics factor was that two items were eliminated. The Feelings fator was also that one item was not significant. In the other, the Actions factor was all items were significant in dancers. The last factor, the Idea was that two items were eliminated. All factors were item separation index (SI) and reliability index (RI) statistics were satisfied to analyze Rasch model. Finally, the OMS (34-item) was developed and validated to dancers in this study. To increase the exteranl validity, it will be used constantly.
