The performance of treatment equipment of the food waste were investigated using both house-hold equipment and restaurant-hold equipment. In this paper, the results of COD, BOD, SS, T-N and T-P were examined. The treatment efficiencies (SS, COD, BOD, T-N, T-P) of house-hold food waste treatment equipment was higher than that of restaurant-hold food waste treatment equipment because the house-hold waste treatment had a disposer or pulverizer.
