In this thesis, I have looked at the impact of industrialization on the law, the challenges and preferable direction of the legal development of the industrialized society, while mainly focusing on four important parts in legislation and legal enforcement of industrialization, which are labor, environment, capital and social security. As regards legal issues related to industrialization, we can think of the role of lawyers in the course of legislation and its enforcement, as important as legislation of relevant law is legal interpretation and enforcement, which are in line with the purpose of the legislation, Against this backdrop, the role of the lawyer is very essential in that a lawyer creates and executes a live law. For example, as I have reviewed in the labor section, the concepts of statutory working conditions, anti-discrimination, equal remuneration for work of equal value are of great importance in the law. But it is the role of lawyers to materialize the concepts in individual cases and help them have substantial effectiveness. In this respect, it is very crucial to establish specific legal standards of a society in compliance with the spirit of the law and the principle of equity. The role of the lawyer is not just giving judgment or mediation after a dispute takes place. It is also very important in that it can prevent disputes in many cases through prior intervention by taking an active part in a contract establishment or legal adjustment. Moreover, with regard to ex post de facto dispute settlement, it is increasingly important to utilize not just simple conventional lawsuit but various ADRs, and hence greater value is given to the role of lawyers.
