Experiments were carried out to find possibility of economic productivities of enzymes in mixed culture by Cellulomonas sp. KL-6 and second organism. Optimal culture times for cellulase production in mixed culture were 4 days. Thus these results were increased to about 200-300%, compared with enzyme production of sing culture of strain KL-6. When this organisms were mixed culture under theoptimal medium(CMC_(ase): xylose 2.0%, yeast extract 0.05%, (NH₄)₂S0₄ 0.05%, NaH₂P0₄ 0.1%, MgS0₄ - 7H₂O 0.5%, NaCl 0.6%, pH 6.0 and temperature 35℃. FPase: xylose 2.0%, yeast extract 0.1%, (NH₄)₂SO₄ 0.4%, NaH₂PO₄ 0.1%, MgSO₄ - 7H20 0.01%, NaCl 0.6%, pH 6.0 and temperature 30C. ß-glucosidase: xylose 2.0%, yeast extract 1.0%, (NH₄)₂SO₄ 0.05%, NaH₂PO₄ 0.1%, MgSO₄ - 7H₂O 0.03%, NaCl 1.0%, pH 8.0 and temperature 20℃), enzyme production showed to increase as almost 200% higher than those produced in basal medium.
