Computational language processing technology which builds new horizons to many linguists who want to research the language by making the best use of a computer have been developed with having a favorable effect on corpus building and compilation of dictionaries. This study aims to examine the possibility that the language processing technology that have been developed so far can contribute to the field of language education. The trial that intends to change the way of researching language by making the best use of computer gave rise to the new integrated science named ``Korean language information science``, and afterwards national mid-long term Korean language information processing project by the government titled ``21st Sejong Project`` carried out and then many researchers have been trained. With the advent of the national project ``21st Sejong Project`` made the good chance of working and researching together between linguists and information technology researchers. This study examine the course of the beginning and development of Korean language information processing, and Korean language information science. This study also examine the present status and the present possibility how the output of ``21st Sejong Project`` and NLP technologies can be put to efficient use in the field of Korean language education and with the Grand open Korean dictionary. Finally this study will find out the fact that the value of the informational data like output of ``21st Sejong project`` can be increased many times when the informational data become the most suitable language knowledgebase contents for special purposes by making the best use of informational data in the field of language education.
