The domestic medical supply chain structure knows wholesale transactions and/or direct transactions method. Also it occur that multi breed elementary quantity and duplication distributions, so the enterprise for excessive competition is deepened. This drops the competitive power of the pharmaceutical company. In this study, to improve of competitiveness, we propose introduction of the 3rd party logistics and its activation method.
