본 연구는 여성주의 경제의 이념을 소개하고 이를 현실에 적응할 가능성을 모색한다. 이를 위해 현재 활발히 진행되는 대안 경제 운동을 살펴보고 기존의 경제학과 경제운영 방식을 발전시킬 실마리를 마련한다. 연구의 순서는 다음과 같다. 먼저 여성주의 및 경제 대안 경제의 관점을 살펴보고 기존의 경제학과의 차이점을 비교 분석한다. 다음으로, 여성주의 경제의 적용 가능성을 연대경제, 공정무역, 마켓페미니즘, 소액대출제도 등의 대안 경제의 사례를 통해 살펴본다. 마지막으로 이러한 대안 경제의 가능성과 한계를 분석한다.

This study examines the ideas of feminist economy and their applicability in the real world. The aim of the study is to find the possibility of an alternative economy in the feminist economy. The study consists of three parties. First, it analyzes the feminist perspective of the economy. Next, mainstream economy and feminist economy are compared. To assess the possibility of an alternative economy, solidarity economy, fair trade, market feminism, micro credit and social enterprises are the target to investigate. Finally, this study analyzes the possibilities and limitations of feminist economy.
