This study attempted to investigate the effect on job satisfaction of the rapidly changing job attitude of the internal employees of the national agricultural cooperative federation. First, an attempt was made to test the effect of the characteristic of employees on job satisfaction. As a result, it was found that the workers in banking part relatively satisfied more in their work. The empirical evidence suggests that the men are more satisfactory than the women in their work. Also the age affect negatively the job satisfaction. As the workers are getting older, they are unsatisfactory in work. Finally, job satisfaction had a positive impact on being absorbed in their work.
