본 연구는 사회성을 촉진하는 음악활동이 통합어린이집 발달장애유아의 사회성 발달에 미치는 영향을 밝히고, 발달장애유아의 개인변인에 따른 음악활동의 영향력을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 통합어린이집에서 교육을 받고 있는 32명의 발달장애유아를 대상으로 연구를 실시하였다. 연구기간은 7개월이었으며 중재는 주1회 30분씩 총 20회기간 발달장애유아가 생활하고 있는 본래 학급에서 실시되었다. 중재 음악활동 프로그램은 지시적가사, 질문하는 가사, 상승하는 멜로디와 다이나믹의 변화라는 음악의 요소가 삽입된 노래부르기, 주고받는 구조라는 음악의 요소가 삽입된 연주하기와 동작하기, 같은 프레이즈가 반복되는 멜로디라는 음악의 요소가 삽입된 음악감상이었다. 연구설계는 사전-사후 비교집단 실험설계이었다. 연구결과 사회성을 촉진하는 음악활동이 발달장애유아의 사회성 발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 타인과의 상호작용, 자아개념, 자기규제에서도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 사회성을 촉진하는 음악활동은 성별과, 장애등급에 상관없이 발달장애유아의 사회성 발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 음악활동은 나이가 증가함에 따라 발달장애유아의 사회성발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 연구결과에 비추어 사회성을 촉진하는 음악활동은 통합어린이집 발달장애유아의 사회성발달을 위한 프로그램으로서 적용 가능성을 보여주었다는 것에 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

The main aim of this study is to verify effectiveness of disabled infants` social development by music activities which made of music elements facilitate social skills, in the inclusion setting. Thirty-two infants with disabilities attending a inclusive child-care center participated in 20 sessions consist of 30 minutes from march to september. Intervention was singing made of indicative lyrics, question lyrics, ascending melodies, changing dynamic, playing and moving made of turn taking music structures, listening made of melody with repeated the same phrase. Study design is pretest posttest control group design. As results of this study music activities which facilitate social skills improved the disabled infants` social development in the inclusion setting. Music activities which facilitate social skills improved the disabled infants` social interaction, self concepts, self regulation. As study results, music activities facilitate social skills improved disabled infants` social development regardless of sex and retardation. and music activities which facilitate social skills improved disabled infants` sociality related the ages As a conclusion, music activities which facilitate social skills can be effective intervention program to improve infants` sociality with disabilities in inclusion settings.
