Adenolipoma is a rare microscopic variant of a cutaneous lipoma with entrapped eccrine units or rarely, apocrineunits. Since the first description in 1993, only 34 cases have been documented. The most frequent site of origin was the thigh, followed by buttock and shoulder. To our knowledge, this is the first case report of adenolipoma on the sole of the foot in a 64 year-old female.
