In this study, Motion Palpation Assessments, X-Ray Analyses, among the Subluxation test methods, were employed in order to examine the cervical vertebrae of 10 common people in the age brackets from 20s50s. The accuracy of motion palpation assessments was analyzed by comparing the results of motion palpation assessments with those of X-Ray tests. The accuracies of the motion palpation assessments by 3 experimenters were measured through the comparative analysis of the motion palpation assessments and X-ray test results. And the average accuracy and the rates of changes according to each case were calculated by comparing the results, which are agreed with the measures by more than 2 experimenters. From the data collected in these ways, the results could be drawn as follows. 1. The measures of vertebral subluxation, which are found in each of the normal and abnormal groups, did not make big differences. As can be seen from this result, the uncomforting feeling on a patient neck is not only caused by the subluxation of vertebrae but also muscles to a large extent. 2. In this study, the accuracy rates of the comparative analysis between the motion palpation assessments conducted by 3 experiments and the X-ray test results were 64.3%, 66.7% and 63.6% respectively while making the average accuracy rate of 64.87%. It can be concluded that the reason why 3 experimenters with different proficiencies have similar accuracy rates is because the results are not affected by the proficiencies of the examiners or the differences between the feelings in the examiners` hands when the motion palpation assessments are conducted exactly with the expertise. 3. The accuracy rate of the comparative results between the motion palpation assessments by more than 2 experimenters, which are employed in order to build credibility, and the X-ray test results, was 80.76%. Even though the motion palpation assessments were conducted right away after X-ray tests, the average accuracy rate and the rates of changes of all the cases were calculated since the subluxation of vertebrae can be deformed or the fixation can be improved after the experimenters conducted the motion palpation assessments.
