이 글은 20대 여성 이반 레즈비언 인권운동단체를 표방한 이화여자대학교 <변태소녀 하늘을 날다>의 웹커뮤니티에 나타나는 일상 담론을 살펴보고, 현재 레즈비언 인권운동의 좌표를 가늠하는데 목표를 두었다. 기존의 연구는 인권운동의 관점에서 이루어져 왔으며, 가상 공간 레즈비언 커뮤니티의 활성화로 레즈비언의 존재와 그들의 일상 경험에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. <이화변날> 레즈비언 커뮤니티는 레즈비언문화제를 통해 일상 담론을 자연스럽게 드러내는 전략을 구사하고 있다. 성적 소수자의 문제를 성적 취향의 문제에 한정하지 않고 정체성의 문제, 삶의 양식의 문제로 논의를 확장시키기 위한 것이다. 그럼으로써 일반과 이반에 대한 차이를 불식시키고 소통을 지향한다. 특히 커뮤니티는 성적 소수자인권 증진과 인식 변화를 위한 연대 활동과 함께 내부 구성원의 긍정적 자기 정체성을 확립하기 위해 끊임없이 경주하는 모습을 보여주었다.

This article purposes to look back the important of everyday discourse in Lesbian community "Ewhabynnal" and examines the coordinates of human rights. The existing literature on this subject have contributed to the understanding of Lesbian Human Right and the study of everyday experience under the influence of web community. "Ewhabynnal" uses the strategy to show the everyday discourse naturally. They say that the sexual minority is the matter of identity and way of the life. In doing so, they try to reduce the difference between ordinary and ``Ivan`` and orient communication. Especially they want to impose self-identity in the community members constantly. Ewhabynnal introduce the artists as the rolemodel, who is dignified life and experience love like as Sappho, rack star Nelisa Etheridge, printer Frida Kahlo etc.
