I developed course curriculum (instruction-learning strategy) of ``Modern Biology and the future of mankinds`` chapter using 5E learning cycle model, and applied it to high school classes to see if there is any effect on student`s attitude towards Biology and Bioethics. This research set three classes (93 students) of natural science and engineering second graders in high school as an experiment group and the other three classes (93 students) as a control group. The result showed the students who took a class, which has 5E learning cycle model applied, became more active and try harder to participate in the class compared to the old traditional plain class, and through researching on something that is closely related the real life helped them to built deeper understanding of Bio-Engineering, positive attitudes toward Biology, and even better grade. Also students became more interested in the fields of Bio-Engineering and their worries about gene manipulations showed that they started to have serious attitudes toward Bioethics.
