本論は、脫炭素社會を目指す「技術立國日本」の「グリ―ンイノベ―ションの推進」に焦点を當て、持續可能な社會の構築に向けて、日本國の①次世代要素技術分析、②環境技術ロ―ドマップの提示、③スマ―トグリッド、の３点に論点を絞り入みつつ論及を行うものである。

Green Innovation is a challenge to build up a low carbon society based on scientific discoveries and technological innovations in Japan. This challenge creates new social and economic values, harmonizes solutions of climate change problems with the socio-economic development and works as a driving force for sustainable development in the world.
