이 논문은 李철煥이 엮은 『剡社篇』을 대상으로 삼아, 이 자료가 18세기 安山 詩會의 맥락에서 어떤 지점에 위치하고 있는가, 그것은 어떻게 구성되어 있는가, 문학 향유의 현장[詩會]과 관련하여 어떤 가치를 함유할 수 있는가를 살피고자 하였다. 이에 따라 필자는, 『剡社篇』이 이철환 개인의 개성적 문학세계를 보여주는 문집이라기보다는 집단의 문학적 향유를 보여주는 詩會의 자료라는 관점에서 이 자료에 접근하였다. 본론에서는 먼저, 18세기 안산 시회의 흐름에서 『섬사편』이 주목해볼 만한 가치가 있음을 밝혔다. 이 작품집이 당대의 정치상황, 안산권 문인들의 연대와 교감, 시회의 전통, 걸출한 인물들의 만남이라는 다양한 요소를 배경으로 삼아 생성된 의미 있는 결과였음을 살폈으며, 당시 안산 시회의 흐름에서 보더라도 여주일문의 문학적 전통을 계승한 것이자, 三豆會, 檀園雅集, 그리고 『聲皐·楸齋酬唱錄』과 더불어 안산의 시회를 생생하게 증명하는 역할을 하였다고 보았다. 다음으로, 기존의 논의를 補正하기 위해 몇 가지 실증을 겸하였다. 그리하여 『剡社篇』에서의 ``剡社``가 안산의 剡中 지역을 의미 한다는 점과, 이 자료가 1754년 무렵에 시작하여 1757년 겨울까지 안산의 剡社와 예산의 濯泉莊 등 적어도 여덟 곳에서 수창된 시를 모은 것이었음을 밝혔다. 『剡社篇』의 문학적 가치에 대해서는, 문학의 향유집단 및 현장과 관련하여 그 의미를 조명하였다. 그 결과로서 『섬사편』이 시회 현장에서의 문학적 교감을 고스란히 전달해준 작품집이자, 眞情의 교감을 시적 情景으로 승화시킨 실례였다고 판단하였다.

Seomsapyeon(Collected Poems of Seomsa Poetry Club, 剡社篇) is a poems collection compiled by Lee Chol-hwan(李철煥) who lived in Ansan region in the 18th century. This book of poetry has important meanings about 1) Poetry Club in Ansan in the 18th century, and 2) the site of participating in poem writing. Based on it, this article corrected several existing theories and studied the value of this book as materials of poetry clubs. At first, it is proved that this book was made of various factors such as the political situation of the time, solidarity of literary people in Ansan region, tradition of poetry clubs, and the meeting of prominent personages. Secondly, this article verified the facts that 1) ``Seomsa`` of Seomsapyeon is an area of Ansan region, 2) this book collected poems written from 1754 to the winter of 1757, 3) this collection gathered poems composed at least 8 places - including Seomsa in Ansan and Takcheonjang(濯泉莊) in Yecheon. The value of Seomsapyeon is related to the site of poem writing and poetry clubs. In conclusion, this book is not only a collection of sharing literary communion of the poetry club, but also an example of communion of genuine sentiment turning into poetry scene.
