본 연구의 목적은 무도수련생의 도장 서비스품질 지각이 수련만족과 수련지속의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 연구대상자는 서울·경기지역 태권도, 합기도, 특공무술 도장 8곳의 수련생을 편의표본추출법에 의하여 선정하였다. 연구결과 도출을 위하여 사용된 통계기법은 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 단순회귀 및 다중회귀분석이다. 무도수련생이 지각하는 서비스품질의 하위요인 프로그램품질, 상호작용품질, 서비스결과품질, 물리적환경품질이 수련만족과 수련지속의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 통계검증을 실시한 결과, 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 무도수련생의 지각된 서비스품질 중 서비스결과품질과 상호작용품질이 수련만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 무도수련생의 지각된 서비스품질 중 서비스결과품질과 상호작용품질이 수련지속의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 무도수련생의 수련만족이 수련지속의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was to find out the effect of service quality on satisfaction and intention of continuation in martial arts trainee. The 322 questionnaires of martial arts trainees of 8 facilities in Seoul and Kyunggi were subjected by convenience sampling. The methods to obtain the results are explanatory factor analysis, calculated Cronbach`α values, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research findings, with the mentioned research methods and procedures as the standard, are such: First, it has been shown that service outcome, and interaction of service quality have an positive effect on training satisfaction. Second, it has been shown that service outcome, and interaction of service quality have an positive effect on training intention of Continuation. Third, it has been shown that training satisfaction has an positive effect on training intention of continuation.
