This study examined the effect of organizational and social rewards on emotional displays. Data were collected from the questionnaire completed by 419 airline flight attendants, and were analyzed by using multiple regression. The main results are as follows; (1) Organizational rewards(job, pay, advancement) increase positive emotional display respectively and job rewards can only increase emotional display when other organizational rewards have been controled. (2) Social rewards(occupational prestige, company reputation) increase positive emotional displays. (3) According to the results of these analyses, organization needs to expecially pay close attention to job and social rewards to improve positive emotional display.
