본 연구는 학교부적응 여중생들이 사이코드라마 프로그램을 통해서 학교적응에 필요한 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 B광역시 D구에 소재한 여자중학교 1, 2학년에 재학 중인 자로 학교에서 학교생활 부적응자로 분류되어 비자발적으로 선정된 6명을 대상으로 하였다. 프로그램은 자발성 고취, 반구조화, 행위화 중심이라는 원칙하에 구성되었으며 2010년 10월 13일부터 12월 9일 까지 8회기에 걸쳐 사이코드라마프로그램을 실시하였고, 프로그램 실시 전후에 자기효능감 검사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN Program(version 12.0)을 이용하여 비모수검증인 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검증방법으로 프로그램의 효과성을 검증한 결과 자기효능감에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 즉 사이코드라마 프로그램이 학교부적응 여중생의 자기효능감을 높이는 효과를 나타내어 사이코드라마가 학교적응에 필요한 자기효능감을 높이는 역할을 할 수 있음이 확인되었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of a psychodrama program on school maladjusted girl`s self-efficacy which is to need to enhance school life adjustment. A total of 6 students in the girl`s middle school were participated in the psychodrama program. They were received a total of 8 sessions lasting 90 minutes at one time. Data was analyzed by Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test which is nonparametric test. Findings in this study indicated that the program helped to improve the girl`s self-efficacy. This study suggested that we need more studies on self-efficacy and psychodrama, more strategies about juvenile`s psychodrama program.
