Korean old document ``Wanmun`` issued by the local official Jandbangcheong at 1882 year. This materials is the only ``Wanmun`` written by the Korean letters. ``Wanmun`` is an agrement with local official Jandbangcheong and local residents. The adhesion with the local official Jandbangcheong and local residents break out the social problems.
