This study aimed at inquiring into the effect of the emotional labor of casino dealers` perception on customer orientation, and catching the moderating role by the level of leader`s emotional intelligence as the mechanism, which can ease this relation. A survey was made on casino dealers at Kangwon Land through questionnaires. The factors composition, which releases in the existing precedent studies, was almost supported by measuring the emotional labor and customer orientation with casino dealers on the basis of the existing precedent studies. The well-timed application of the emotional application, emotional regulation and emotional perception of leader for efficient organization management in casino corporations could contribute to efforts for the inspiration and raise of dealers` customer-oriented mind.
