This paper aims to describe the meaning of historical concepts/terms used in the modern textbook from a linguistic semantics. Although literature, history, politics have increasingly made the description of historical concepts/terms, there are few attempts in linguistics. Therefore, definitions of "concept" and "terms", and "meaning" are compared between linguistics and other disciplines, and it is revealed that historical "concept" is identical with the "meaning" of word in corpus linguistics. Then, the usage of "nations", "people", "citizen" are examined in the modern textbook, and the meaning(or concept) of them is presented.
