Though the Western nations claim to support multiculturalism, they intend to attatin social integration as controlling assimilationism and multiculturalism. This state of affairs means that the Western nations needs to stabilize political communities. Namely neither assimilationism nor multiculturalism is a perfect solution for the stability of political communities. The compulsory and dogmatic Assimilationism can lead anxiety of political communities. And multiculturalism can lead segmentation of political communities. After fully considering problems of them, we should prepare multicultural society. The aim of this study is for the multicultural society to seek the constitutional education in terms of Constitutional Patriotism which is one of alternatives for forming identity of political communities and stabilizing it. Multicultural society needs of universal value to form common identity of political communities. The typical things of universal values are human rights and democracy. It is common that the constitution of democratic constitutional states declares human rights and democracy. The position of Constitutional Patriotism is to love the constitution which aims human rights and democracy in stead of loving nation. The Constitutional Patriotism to have goals of building identity of political communities and civic virtues is practically possible, normatively necessary. The constitutional education in terms of Constitutional Patriotism in multicultural society builds new identity of political communities over identity of diverse minority groups, and democratic citizenship. This constitutional education is composed of the objectives of education, teaching contents and teaching-learning method. The objectives of this constitutional education are ``Human dignity``, ``Mutual Respect and participation``, ``reflective respect for constitution and political communities``. The teaching contents consist of the dynamic constitution and issues of the constitution to attain the objectives of this constitution education. The teaching-learning method includes not offering only knowledge but concrete experiences related human rights and democracy.
