This study has purposes in diagnosing the causes about human rights violation in international marriage migrant women which is important factor among various problems surfacing in new social phenomena following inflow of international marriage migrant women by international marriage in recent Korean society and in proposing social integration welfare plan. Most of international marriage migrant women are migrating to Korea after deciding marriage which is kind of purchasing marriage through meeting with proposed spouses just once or twice during a short period arranged by marriage agencies without getting any information or understanding about neither Korean language nor overall Korean culture before marriage. These kinds of marriages can cause many problems even after marriage. In spite of raising issues by non government social organization about this kind of international marriages, marriage agencies are still practicing sex discrimination, violation of human rights, and human trafficking, thus it can give adverse effect on long term social integration of our Country. Unless social integration plan is not properly prepared for international marriage in the future on the basis of human rights, this human rights problem won`t be free in international marriage. Therefore, in this study, the reality about human rights and its violations which are experienced through international marriages on the basis of human rights cases of migrant women by marriage and statistics from Government will be analyzed. Besides, related rules, regulations and policies for providing stable life to international marriage migrant women as a social members and its limit have been examined and social integration welfare plan etc. through improvement has been proposed.
